I am Master degree holder also I had experience in teaching for 6 months and IT field of 2 yrs by unexpectedly I got an oppurtunity to join Phd in aboard where I stayed for one year and completed the 2 semester course due health problem I quit the Phd also came back to India and now I am search a job. My question is that my Phd work of one year does it will considered as one year IT experience or not? if in case not what should I do about my Phd one year work. Thanks in advance

As per my opinion, you have completed 2 semester i.e. 1 year duration without completing the course or holding the Ph.D. degree. As per your question's answer, you should have to get experience of the research work that you have done in 1 year. But you shouldn't get authorisation for teaching/lectureship eligibility which require NET qualified or Ph.D. degree.
Your 1 year research experience will add your skill advantage for boost up your career in concern IT field.
