Hi All,
i would like to understand one thing.
if The Contract labor Ruler is amended about th e number of employees for eg, if teh State rule is amended to have fifty worker rather than twenty. in such cases if the Contract have less than fifty worker the Act will not be applicable to them, In such cases what will be the law governing them.
