An hotel structure varies depending on the type of the hotel set-up: Limited service Hotel, Resort & spa Hotel, Economy Hotel or a Boutique Hotel. Like wise, your hotel is a Limited Service hotel usually having a small staff consisting of the Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Human Resource, Sales and Auditing departments.
To set -up with varied departments you should first look into -
1. Rooms Divisions: including FO (Front Office, EPBAX, Rooms Reservations, Concierge, Housekeeping, Laundry etc.
2. Food & Beverage: include Speciality restaurants, Bakery, 24/7 Restaurant, Coffee Shop, Lounge, Catering and Bar service
3. Kitchen (Culinary Department) : includes variety of food preparations within the Main kitchen or [Live Kitchen] facility in your hotel
4. Sales & Marketing Dept.: for getting good business to the hotels. Discounts and sales planning
5. Accounts Dept.: takes care of the entire accounting for events and necessary amounts used for tallying.
6. Human Resource Dept.: You might be well aware of this dept. HR dept. takes care of Sslaries, Payroll, Labour laws etc.
7. IT Dept: for necessary technical help required on systems and systmes generated issues.
8. Purchase Dept: Here the purchase of the requested or indented items are brought.
9. Engineering Dept: Very important dept. for Engg & Maintainence of the enire plant.
Rest include Security service taken care by the RD service for smooth operation. Vallet drivers and hotel cars for pick-up and drop facility.
