Dear All,
I do have some questions about the ESI applicability,
1) When can ESI applicable?? is there any area range from the ESI hospital or availability from the factory / organization ?
2) Is ESI is mandatory If have group insurance for all employees who are under factory payroll ?
3) are sick leaves must when ESI not cover ? (for Andhra Pradesh)
basically we have been registered as a factory (ceramic tiles manufacturing, located in a remote area in Andhra Pradesh), we not yet cover under ESI as this area is not cover under ESI, we do have group insurance for the all employees.
Please give some data about my questions.
