I'm already member in Cite HR but still confused regarding posting. Where I will post my query and if nobody send reply but 2nd time I'm wanting help, how I post can not understand.
Please guide me

Use the grey button at the top "+POST" and follow the instructions. Whether your query catches the eye of the seniors depends on how well you write the title and how much information you add in the query.
Unprofessionally written queries are mostly ignored by the senior members - so check your spelling and grammar - the best you can.

As suggested by Sid, you can post your query according the tabs provided in "+POST" in the header. Also, you can post in "Talk to Seniors" if you want to grab the attention of seniors and need their valuable reply/feedback on priority. We all are here to support and help each other.
