3. Minimum wages Act.

7.Payment of bonus Act
8.ESI Act
9.PF Act.

Since yours is an industry ID Act will apply if you have \'workmen\'.EC Act also will apply if you have \'employees\'defined under the Act but not covered under ESI Act.If you have \'contract labors\' CLRA Act is applicable.There registers returns,reports under all applicable Acts. IT firms are not under Factories Act for the time being.A case is pending in SC on whether IT activities are manufacturing process or not.In a case under ESI Act the Bombay HC has held in july 2012 that it is manufacturing process and IT firms are Factories for ESI purpose.Wait for such decision under Factories Act.Till then IT firms are under Shop & Commercial Establishment Acts of the respective states.
