Dear All,
i would like to know a format where in we send to an employee who is absconding from the organisation even after sending absconding letter.
a format where in we write "you have been termination due to absconding or not reporting to office"

Dear Samreen,

Here is a draft letter which you may edit accordingly...

This is with reference to your termination of employment from ______________________. You were absconding from work without any information to official authorities. Our HR Department tried to contact on your mobile number but you did not pick any call and neither informed about your whereabouts to the company officials. This is highly unprofessional and unethical. Thus Company had no choice but to terminate your employment on disciplinary grounds.

We wish to bring to your notice that you have not given the proper notice as per terms of offer of employment by Company. You have also not handed over the charge as on date. Please find enclosed herewith your final settlement on separation as per terms of appointment. We wish to state that you have to pay Rs. ____________ as recovery for notice period. Please arrange to pay the amount immediately to complete your relieving formalities.

We are very sad and feeling apologetic to inform you that you are being terminated from the company due to recurrent absconded even after proper notice. You have been absconded from two months. Neither you are working in the field nor contacting to your senior managers or the office. This could be treated as willful negligence and sheer indiscipline towards your duties
You have been given many memos and still you go on continuing with the same and do not obey the company’s practice. This has enforced us to give out this termination letter to you. We voluntarily ask you to depart the company by the end of this month and your dues will be settled when you leave.
