HR-Executive in many organisation function as a nerve centre in many firms. In small firms HRE manages all not only HR activities but also other statutory responsibilities such as Labour Dept., Licences, Boss's personal asst. The duties and responsibilities one HRExe.depends on the size and type of a firm. Depending on the work load and man power the duties would be allocated among the HR staff available in an Estt. Precisely HR activities commences from obtaining Regn. & Licence, recruitment, pay roll, welfare, legal, shop floor work study, performance apprisal, disciplinary action, and other manpower management.
