I am assigned to prepare a work instruction for HR department. Does anyone have any format for the same? If so please share it.
We have different policies starting from recruitment, Training, Appraisal, Salary and compensation, Leave management, separtion etc. and in each policy the procedures is also clearly mentioned. My doubt is, apart from these documents do we require a separte work instruction manuel? Does ISO standards specify anything such kind?
