I\'m pretty much sure about Kaizen practices that it can be definitely good for the organizational growth in many positive ways.
I\'m trying to understand what is Kaizen concept all about & how it can be profitable for my Org if i\'m implementing at my work station.
As am in HR industry; i would like to understand from you how i can intro and implement kaizen in HR processes of our ?
It will highly appreciable if you can share me your ides / thoughts / examples so that i can try my best to implement this system at my work station.
