can you teach how we can prepare literature review on comparative study of HR practicies in manufacturing & service sector ? here, we want to take five companies of manufacturing and five of services sector and then we compare them ... so can you ask how we make literature review and what kind of info we include in it?

Brainstorm your research problem, write the sub problems and research questions that will help you to solve them. Locate the realte sources and start searching over in come online databases and library catalogs. [This is your initiative towards literature]
Take two of the studies of the mentioned sectors and compare the relavant information. Create the list of the desired subject and keep updating them. Develop and maintain the data collected, for recording your findings use the note cards. Make copies of the resources pages when it contains a lot of relevant information that will help you to address your research problem

- Performance Apprisal System
- Clear lines of Communication
- Concerns that they practice Legally
