one of my friend MR. AMIT is working with an Automobile company As Rural Business Coordinator, After four month without any prior notice his boss said & force& Harrash him to leave Job .
Now His Consultant organization give him releasing order for job. But Mr. Amit do not want to resign from job . Now How Can he got secure his job ,what should he can do legally or officially for secure his job .

Amit is an middle class employee & join his work on ctc of 13000 per/month. work was to develop rural sales of Small commercial vehicle . job needs much tour when he join organization ,company said him to give TA_DA amount . But when He claim ta-da His Boss Refuse to pass claim & force him to resign from job . please suggest appropriate action as early to help Him .
