Collecting the Manpower requisition form form the Functional heads/HR Manager.
Preparation of Skill matrix.
Sourcing candidates Internally or externally.
Sourcing the candidates either from existing database or external source.
Maintaining candidates database.
Screening/Shortlisting candidates for interviews.
Scheduling interviews in preferred location.
Follow-up with the candidates to attend interview in scheduled date, Time & Venue.
Finally Interview process.
