As am going to conduct a training workshop on problem solving skills, which would be open for all, from professionals to housewife would need your suggestions on the same to make it better.
you can send me ppts or ideas also if possible as to how the module can be made more attractive and objective with a good starting point which can work as an eyes breaker for the participants from the start of the training and help to gain their confidence and interest right from the initial stage of the training itself.
