I read the article.
Myth 1 is not a myth but a truth because all people have the same five basic needs which if fully met by management will cause them to become fully engaged.
Myth 2 and 3 are likewise not myths but truths. The performance of fully engaged employees is about 500% higher than if not engaged thus reaching what Stephen Covey claimed was the possible performance gain. This performance drives revenues and profitability to great heights.
