It is mandatoy to get contract labour licence .....
1. Total worker strength of contractor 28 Nos.
2.But he supply these workers in three company 10,10,8 each.
3.As per act defination it is applicable if 20 or more workers hire on contract.
so any firm to whom supply worker not covered under contract labour act.
But the contractor, is he get contract labour licence ?
If yes how and where ?

For obtaining the Contract Labour Licence, the contractor has to get the Form V from the Principal employer and the Principal employer must submit his details to the concerned district Labour Commissioner Office while applying for registration of establishment.
Have you got the Form V from your Principal Employer.
If so you can apply for labour Licence.
If the work premise of contract labours differs then you need not to apply as the strength in one location is less than 20.
