Thank you for the post.I have quickly gone through the ppt and have first impression is: too much of text. More of sermons than practical tips.Pl.make it short and simple. Rather than giving boring text you may add day to day example on what happens at work place- mainly the problems are of communication and ego and how do you tackle that is important
