Am a young HR person who just started my HR career. i need advice on how to develop myself on this career path even though i have science background.
What are the things i need to know to excel and to be among the best in the practise.

U must be working some where as h.r or willing to get hr job,

Deep knowledge of H.R policies,Factories Act, compensations, Gratuity,P.F.,Labour Laws,Safety & Security provisons for industries,factories, companies,legal forms,liablities of H.R. department,recruitment process,selection,screening,appointments,leaves,wa ges act, and thousands of related mandatory topics.
have deep reading of h.r journals,materials
