Kindly help me with my query, we are 25 people in our company and 10 in the corporate office, located at Gurgaon.
what all returns and registers to be maintained at corporate office,
1. Annual Return Under Minimum Wages/payment wages Act.
2. Register of Overtime/Advance/fine/deduction.
3. Register A &B under Punjab Labour Welfare Fund/Act
4. Register D under Equal Remuneration Act.
5. other records maintained under the provision of Various Labour Laws
6. Register in Form B under National Festival Holidays Act.
7. Registration Forms F, B and Registers in Form C,D,and E. Information about any changes in Form G under Ounhab Shops and Establishment Act.

Please give some more details about your query. Which industry you are working for. what is the location of your company 25 people and 10 people. Are you registered under Shop & Commercial Establishment Act. Have you engaged any contractors for any other work.

our corporate office is in Gurgaon, and our sales people spread across all major cities.
Total employed are 25, 10 support and Gurgaon sales people sits in Corporate office.
we cover under shops and establishment Act.
only pantry boy is outsourced.
