You have to mention the PF effective date as DOJ for those employees. PF effective date means the date the day your establishment or factory attracted to PF definition.

Hello Loveneet,
As already mentioned by others, for existing employees the DOJ will be the date your company is registered for PF and for everybody who joins after 2011 - their actual DOJ.

Dear Friend,
The company was registered in 2011 for EPF, and the worker was in employment from 2010.
The worker's D.O.J. will be the date of the allotment of the EPF code to the company. This is because prior to the registration of the company with EPF authorities no decutions of EPF has been done for employees nor they deposited with EPF authorities.Hence his earlier service is not accountable for provident fund purposes.
Trust this meets your needs.

Resignation from service, for a reason to withdraw an amount accumulated for employees old age is not a solution, he can take advance against its pf accumulation as per pf rule if needed.
accepting his resignation on that reason is also to developing malpractice in society.and also wrong interpretation with law .
