The Packages can be fixed based on the various parameters of the candidates selected for the particular position.
For General Manager - House Keeping, it could be the qualification,experience,nature of industries he has worked, and the team size he has handled and areas of expertise and his last drawn salary with perks . All these factors will help you to fix the salary for a senior level position.
In my opinion it could be in the range of 18 to 25 Lacs per annum depending upon the nature of Industry and the turnover of the Industry.
