we are into medical products manufacturing. we have different leave policy for each level, could any one let me know the correct leave policy for workers, admin staffs and management as per the rules if any.
- eligibility of the carry forwarded leave
- leave per year
- compensation leave eligibility
- sick leave
- if an employee is out for his official work then the rules for that
- leave eligible per month
please add any points missed, if possible entire policy for my category.
