Dear Members,
I have a problem in conveying dressing and cleanliness ethics to our employees. Especially how should be it conveyed to employees to check on odour and personal cleanliness and dressing in office.
Kindly suggest, some polite ways of addressing this issue.

Dear Priya,
Prepare a dress code and insist upon every body & make it compulsory for all of them to follow it... Take the support of your HR to do this...
and when it comes to odour... just keep a room freshener with you and keep spraying it in your place....
I suppose this is the only polite means to address this issue...

Dear Priya,
When it comes to dressing, HR people can make some rules/policy and employes should follow this.
Odour its not under our control, there arises a situation where we should get adjust to the environment rather then wasting the time in order to control the odour.
