The word Gross Emoluments OR Cost To the Company (CTC) is the total expense beared by the on the individual employee. It includes Monthly Salary(All perks, such as Bonus/ Ex-Gratia, LTC/LFC, Medical Reimursement, PF Contribution of Company, anyother reimbursement)

Yes CTC includes ESIC too. In simple language CTC is nothing but the total cost that that company bear to employ an employee. Apart from the gross salary it also includes employer's contribution to ESIC, PF, Gratuity.
