working for a chemical company. Company not providing any salary slip to any of employee. and also saving tax. now i have been selected for a new mnc but they are asking for salary slip. i had consult to my senior and he had given me a company letter head and told me to make a salary slip.
But i am not from HR my specialisation is Marketing so cant make a salary slip. Can any one help me out in this problem.
My Total cost to company is 4,50,000 per annum.
Per month i get 30,000 in hand
and 200 as T.A
and 1500 for mobile ............200 rs are deducted for Professional tax.
No leaves are provided
no PF is provided because 10 employees are working in delhi branch. So please help me out.

Hi,
Pls do not get into hassles of making a salary slip as the current HR may treat it as fake. Alternatively give your appointment letter / Bank statement as a proof. You can also sumbit form 16.

Do not present fake documents, you can take a salary certificate from your employer and that can be supported by the bank statement or a form 16 or a income tax return can help you in case and as far as pf goes your basic is more then 6500 that comes into exempt category
