Hello everyone. I wanted to know which labour laws are applicable to Banks and bank employees? Do industrial dispute act applicable to Banks?
From India, Mumbai
Dear Pallavi
All labour laws are applicable to bank, like shop act, min wages act, contract labour act, ID act etc. If banks operation is within the state, state rules is applicable , if bank is Multi-state then central rules are applicable.
