Hello seniors,
I am Leaving my Current organization due to very bitter experience and will be going for an interview this Saturday hopefully for the another job.
Should i mention the problems i had in this job? and as i have not received the salary at all from my previous job and its the main reason that i have dumped it, Can i ask for the same salary?
i am sure that i\'ll be asked why i left this job. and measures should take during this interview so that my previous mistake is not repeated.
Also Expecting answers from Raj kumar sir, Mr. sumeet garg and S.Bhaskar Sir

Dear Nevia,

You could have little more information. My questions are given in the italics:

I am Leaving my Current organization due to very bitter experience and will be going for an interview this Saturday hopefully for the another job.

What was the bitter experience? Was it a job challenge? Were you communicated the job requirements well before your joining that organisation? Was their mismatch between your job and personality?

Should i mention the problems i had in this job? and as i have not received the salary at all from my previous job and its the main reason that i have dumped it, Can i ask for the same salary?

The less you talk about negative experience in the job interview the better. However, you can mention that you did not receive the salary. By the way, for how many months you did not receive the salary? Why you were not paid? Is it that your salary was put on hold and other employees got their salary? Did you fail in meeting any target and employers put on hold your salary?

i am sure that i\'ll be asked why i left this job. and measures should take during this interview so that my previous mistake is not repeated.

Non-receipt of the salary is good ground to leave the job and mention it in the interview but then interviewer may verify the facts to assess the veracity of your statement. If it is proved false then you may not be given employment.

All the best!

Dear Nevia
Do not mention any negative things about your previous company in the interview. If you mention about it, then the interviewing team will think that you are having negative mentality.
Next time onwards you must give the company Pan Card and Company letter for taking any telephone Connection and you can give your details as a Office Manager.

i left my job where i wasn\'t getting my salary for august month and they were making me do work out of my profile.
i wrote an email to them on saturday that i want my salary and appointment letter asap or else i have to re-consider this job, so they called that i can take the salary till date and left the work and i agreed.
the boss said that his staff will handover me the money on sunday morning. but haven\'t received it till now. what should be done if this continues. and what should i do to get the documents back which i gave for procurement of a telecom connection for the office? i have a letter signed by the branch head that i hold no risk/liability against it.

Dear Nevia
Please check with a lawyer for the legal sanctity of the letter signed by the Branch Head that you hold no risk /liability towards the Telephone Connection. Why the Branch Head has not initiated the telephone connection on his name? Better after consulting with the Lawyer please submit a letter to Telephones Department about your resignation and if any telephone bills due you will not be held responsible and if the Telephone department decides to give the connection they can continue and you will not be responsible and your name may be deleted from the connection as you have left the organisation.
For salary part please do not leave your branch head and insist him to make the payment.
Hope you might have taken the xerox copy of the Attendance register for July, August and September month. You consult with the lawyer and file a complaint in Court if required.

The branch head is not from the same city sir.
office is in vapi and he is from valsad. thats why he took my address.
today in the evening i called him that i may have to make legal procedure to get the salary, in 15 min he gave me 15k for 12th aug- 22nd sept. they are not counting my training period. he said he needs my another photo and id proof to get the connection cancelled...
Thank you bhaskar sir,

Dear Nevia
Do not give any Photo or any ID Proof and if they want any further documents from you, you insist them to make complete settlement. You directly write the Telephones Department or visit personally to the Telephones department and inform them the fact and enquire the JTO who will be available in office about the procedure for cancellation of the Telephone connection and act accordingly.
Please send a letter to that company by registered post with acknowledgement due stating that the company should not use any of my documents or photos for any purpose in future and if they misuse any of your document or photo and if you come to know about the misuse, then they will be sued for misuse.
Try to get the balance salary also, politely.

Hi,
There are many companies which utilize the employees on improper grounds despite the statutory compliances that prevail. Even i was a victim to such an event to
which i stayed irresistent.how could the companies prevail as such??
