Dear Ramesh, LWF & PT are not applicable in Silvassa, hence you need not register under the same.

If your factory is in Silvassa or DAMAN (Not Daman- Daman is a separate Union Teritorry) -- PF is applicable. ESIC- Although applicable, since we do not have a ESIC hospital, the UT has not IMPLEMENTED the scheme. So, as of now. ESIC is NOT APPLICABLE. NO Professional Tax / No Labour Welfare fund.
