Go for MSW (master of social welfare) which has lot of demand and practical application, especially in manufacturing units........ and if you are looking for theoretical development of Human resources then Diploma or any HR courses would do........when you already have 6 long years of experience and reading them in books makes no sense and most of it entirely different from what you read and what you have experienced..... just like how the filed work experience gains compared to sessions of ppt presentations....... ( agreed, everything we read is useful but we should also see whether we ever get an opportunity, realising where we exactly are are what we want, to apply what we know and execute to the most!! which in present day................ we all know how relevant the jobs are in with educational qualifications!) )
