Hi Seniors,
I am an HR professional with 3 years experience (post my full time MBA in HR).
currently i am on a sabbatical due to health reasons and was wondering if i could pursue a DL course from SCDL/IGNOU to add value to my profile( given that i am not bedridden and can easily access the internet).
I saw a few courses on the SCDL website which are pretty short term.. but i am not sure if i should go ahead and take an admission ; for i am not aware about the credibility of these courses.
Would also like to mestion that i am interested in psychology/ OD/ PMS as subjects of further study. Kindly suggest if you think I can take up some part time course to further enhance my work profile.
