Dear Mr. Murli,
What are you looking for is not clear to me.
1. Are you auditing Labs?
2. Are you concerned about lab employees health and safety?
3. Are you concerned about quality of lab reports?
If you specify in detail, may be the experts would guide you.
Thanks & Regards,
Sudhir

Whe raising general queries such as the above,we should give as much information as possible about ourselves(For example, what is our role and position), what does our organisation produce (not the products, but in what type of industrial area it operates). MNCs vary in kind and just saying one works for an MNC is not enough.

Pls. check for Chemicals Receiving, Storage, Handling, Spillage Handling, Disposal procedure. Safety wears used in QC - sufficient or not. Eye protection used during handling of corrosive materials. Storage of Toxic materials. Training of the personnnels involved in QC and its related function. You can dig more once you start check the related documents and records.

Dear Mr. Murali Krishna
So far you have got good responses from our forum members... Apart from their contributions you go through the MSDS of each chemical being using in your Lab... Just do a gap analysis based on the requirement of MSDS and definitely you can improve a lot...
