I joined as a HR-Analyst in Relgo networks Pvt Ltd. I want to make the leave policy for my company so plese help me out with the different leave polocies for small organisation having 50employees.

As per the statutory for Shops & Commercial Establishments. 1 EL for every 20Days worked mandatory & 10CL per annum is mandatory. Other than that if your organisation is willing to grant more leaves for beneficiary of employees its always welcome. :)
