Background: Innovation has been most talked but least implemented process in Organisations across India. As a result Indian companies are facing tough competitions from global companies from china & other countries. Lowering price strategy wont help on long term however will put companies in financial trouble. Time has come to do Innovation to beat competition.

Recently I have read one article which talks about Innovation Process initiative in Indian companies, it seems Govt. of India formed comity of prominent Industrial personalities to accelerate Innovation in India also hired Israel consultant to build Israel Innovation model in India. The Israel comity said clearly in their report, "India should focus on creating Innovators prior to Create Innovation process, there are not enough Innovators which could lead the organisation to build Innovative Products."

Purpose: "Innovation in Everything" is the core activity of Forscher, I created this poll to understand how Organisations are going for Innovation process ? does it limited to only training programs or they are now keen to implement it. Based on poll result I would like to create awareness about how organisations can go for Innovation from their preferred way of Innovation execution.
