Dear All,
In one of my friend\'s appointment letter the following clause is mentioned.
\"We are pleased to appoint you as Manager for a probation period of six months on the following terms and condition:
1. Your service can be terminated in writing by giving 3 months notice on either side.\"
Now my friend has resigned from the company last week by giving an email and has given a notice period of 3 months in that email as per her appointment letter.
Now her question is since she is still in probation period, can the employer release her earlier without giving any monetary compensation for 3 months? Please help.
