Hi Amu
Now as per the corporate culture all the contributions are included as CTC. But you should look only Gross pay part.
In this case ESI contributions of both employee and employer is deducted on Gross pay of 8672 Only.
But as part of the PF is not matching as per your inputs.
Any doubts do reach me

Guys
Just an update
In a salary slip, only PF and ESI of the employee side is shown, and not the employers side dedcution. While calculating manually, everything is included in the CTC and deducted from Special allowance.
On your case AMU,
if the MCTC is Rs 9604
then the calculation of PF should be 12% on Rs 4663(basic) is Rs 559.56
and the gross salary is coming upto Rs 9044.44 , so basis on Gross Salary, the contribution of ESI should be 1.75% of 9044=Rs 158 and for employers contribution is 4.75% of Rs 9044=Rs 430 (unless he is getting LTA and then tax deduction based on his yearly GTI, his gross salary can be less (as you vnt mentioned the components)
So if you can share the other componenets of the salary break up, I can help you to find out the discripeancy.
Regards
Pooja
