Dear HR friend,
When I quit my job on 13-Apr-2012, I submitted my PF withdrawl form to my HR who assurred me that the form will be submitted to TAPASYA, a third party vendor who handles our salary processes and it will in turn submit the form and related documents to PF office.I\'ve relocated out of the country now.And when I checked my PF Claim Status in the govt\'s PF site http://www.epfindia.com/
and enter my PF account number, the page displays message \"No record found\". What does this mean, has my PF withdrawl process been initiated at all or the PF documents has not been submitted to the PF office at all.(by the way, our HR team in my previous office were known in the entire office as a bunch of lazy bums who never does your work until you take your managers or directors to talk to them)

Thanks for your reply. The thing is I\'ve already written to them, they\'ve given me a certain PF officer in Bangalore office\'s email, already written to this person, till now no reply. You know how Indian govt office works, PATHETIC!! I think it\'ll take another 6 months for them to reply to m y grievance mail. I\'ll be out of the country for next 2 years or more....and I\'m lost what to do, whom to contact...

Dear Friend,
I hope you have a copy of any of your earlier pf slif. So kindly check the name as mentioned on the slip also along with the pf code no. and insert the same in correct format on epfo website.
Also as pf data updation process is very slow it may take time to display you record if correctly entered.

Dear Sir/Madam,
As mentioned in my earliest post on this page(please read it, if you\'ve not)I\'ve clearly mentioned that I\'ve filled my PF account number and other detail to see my PF Withdrawl Status(I\'ve filled this detail following the pdf guidelines they have provided in their website and using my PF slip). Its not because the PF updation process is slow and needs time to dislay...like you mentioned. I\'ve been checking the PF claim status continously for 1 week,it says no record found for my memberID. I\'m an senior engineer who has work on several website development projects, I know THIS NOT A TECHNICAL ISSUE of the PF website.

Hi,
You have not mentioned you number of years of service in your current organisation. As per my knowledge PF data of the previous year i.e; 2011-2012 PF data is still under accounts auditing. It will take time to update. its better to go through with your HR /thorough 3rd party agent they might have some acknowledgement of their submission. How old you organisation get entitled in PF. If it is just a year back then it will not be shown.
