Referring to your reply to Mr. Pramod on 11.08.12, wherein you have stated given a bifurcation as per new amendment of Minimum Wages Act applicable from July 12 to Dec 12.
Basic - 5000.00
Spcl Allow - 1215.00
HRA - 622.00
Query It is said that HRA is always 50% of Basic. As per the new amendment HRA 622.00 doesnt contributes to 50% of basic.
It would be really great if you could advice me on a break up of Gross Salary of Rs. 7500/- for unskilled employee.
