need a warning letter for attitude to co workers and customers not sure wich one to use :?: can anyone help

"attitude" is difficult to identify n measure so donot clasify behavious as attitude.
Abraham lincioln put his foot down against slavery, would the same behaviour be ok in your cos... maybe no ..
The only solution is training / counselling sessions...
a salesman in a showroom may be from the fringes of society, what is fine in different cultures may not be good enough in another scenario..
if he is not able to gel with an upmarket client, he needs culture training/ behavioural training to fill the gaps....
This same phenomenon is depicted in juvenile delinquency too, so proceed with an open mind and sensitivity ( absolutely no biases)
