Dear Shri Balaji,
That is an excellent presentation.
Obviously it must have had its origin in the WEST.
May I request the Learned Nutritionists from Asia to come out with similar information about what is available in EAST.
So let me start with cople of examples that I know.
The Indian Gooseberry ( Nellikai in TAMIL and ANVLA in Hindi) -this contains a high dose of
Vitamin C ( several times that of an Orange)
The Greens ( KEERAI in Tamil and PALAK in Hindi) are a source of iron.
I am sure some one would be having a compliation on the food values of Orient also.
This is again a request for sharing.
Many Thanks to Shri Balaji for sharing the good ppt on Health.
