I request you to throw some light on a transfer of employment to another group company for two years. In this case, the host co will arrange work visa and pay all the benefits to him.
My query is,
1.to make final settlement, paying gratuity etc in India
2.what about his PF continuance, can he continue after return in the same number,
3.what are the other requirements
