Hi Sneha,
"Best employee of the year/Month"
"Best performer of the year"
"Best quality award"
Here I mentioned a link for Games.
https://www.citehr.com/416848-employ...ate-games.html
Some one min games mentioned below :
Chinese whisper: Game organizer has to give a complex sentence to one person in the team. He has to pass that information to another, by whispering at his ears. The final result would be very funny and interesting.
Mock press: The role of known personality has to be assigned to the individuals. Game organizer should act as a media person and shoot the funny questions to them.
Story building: The game organizer should start a story. The team people should go on adding their thought and creativity in framing that story. Each person should try to give funny turn to the story to make it interesting.
Tom Dick or Harry: Each individual should guess a famous personality. Team members should shoot the Yes\No questions to find the name of that personality. Challenge is to find the name of the person in as less questions as possible.
One minute tasks: Many tasks like eating biscuits, blowing and breaking balloons, framing sentences etc has to be assigned to each individual and the who does the tasks highest number of times, should be honored.
Funny quiz: The game organizers should get the questions which require funny answers. The funniest answer should be considered as a right answer.
Clipper : A very interesting game challenge that involves placing binder clips on a slanted table in such a way it resembles a pinball game. You need to place three binder clips in a line, then two and one parallel to each other such that they form of a triangle. The challenge involves rolling a ping-pong ball down the slanted table such that it lands into the binder clips. The participant gets three chances to achieve this feat.
Office Fling :No this does not involve getting into an office fling in literal sense. This office game involves using a giant rubber band stretched across the legs of an office chair. Then, using this stretched rubber band to launch a folded sheet of paper onto a table that is placed about 12 feet away.
Office Maxi mus :An easy office game, that involves a lot of talent. The participant has to bounce giant rubber band ball on the ground such that it knocks off 2 reams of copy paper off a table. The table is placed about 16 feet away from the contestant.
Office Tennis :Tennis enthusiasts in your office? This game involves crumbling a piece of paper back and forth so that it lands in a trash can across the game area. This is a team activity where the players work together to hit the crumbled paper with the help of clipboards.
Speed Eraser :This is a challenging task where the participant has to bounce off 7 pencils into glasses. What's so challenging about bouncing pencils? You need to place each pencil on an eraser and then flip it into the glasses lined up.
Back Flip :Back flip involves placing a set of pencils on the back of the hand and then flipping them in air. The task involves catching all the pencils without a single one falling down.

Hardik
