Can anybody help me set KRAs for the sales and marketing function.
Ours is a trading organization dealing with import of Hi tech Industrial products which we market in india.
We have in total 10 Product divisions each.
Wish to know what could be teh best KRAs for :
1. President
2. Vice President (2)
3. Associate Vice President (region wise -- North India, South India east India and west Indai)
4. General Managers ( Incharge of 5 product Managers each region wise)
5. Product Managers ( Division wise )
6. Area Managers ( Product wise per division)
