Annual Turnover/No: of employees/12 months
can any one tell me what is the above formula.
I want to find out how much was spent on the human resources for a fiscal year.
Whether the amount spend on salary was marginal when compared to turnover or it was more.
Please either let me know the formula for the same or let me know whether the above formula will give me the data what iam looking for.

I was really expecting some kind of advice on my problem.
Can you please explain me how to calculate the investment made on HR was marginal and not exhorbitant i.e when compared to the annual turnover.
Anyway have started with collecting data as how many employees left and joined the company for that fiscal year.
Can any guru advice me step by step what I have to do.
