Hi Sujith, If you have the right attitude and skills you can certainly get through the front door. Why then do you need backdoor?

Sujith work well and gain experience in those small firms, prove that you are street-smart by achieving success in your roles. then in time automatically the so called "big companies" will consider you worthy for your achievements and you can walk with respect by coming through the front door. let me give you an example...I have a colleague whose aggregate at college was less than 40%, he joined our company 8 years back and today he is heading the Asia Pacific Unit of our company with a salary of US$5000/month

Always remember that Positive Attitude always come first, if you have less percentage of marks and if you are having lesser knwoledge, all these shortcomings would be supressed by your Positive Attitude and lust for learning.
