The company where I am working currently recently started using agile way of web development. Now the question is regarding performance management and specifically how performance reviews were now going to be done for the employees. Everyone turned to the HR team for the answer so please can anyone share with me how organizations are addressing performance management and specifically performance reviews/assessments for individual employees that are on agile teams?

hi arisha,
regarding your query, agile way of performance review are yet to be practice in Nepal but my previous experience working on agile based team, we used to follow 360 degree of performance review system. i can send you the sheet of performance review/assessment that we follow under agile management within few days.

Hi All,
As I am working in a small size software company, I have to develop performance management system sooner for reviews.
I do not feel complex formats as suitable one. Thus, if any one could suggest me the right approach of constructing reviews including KRI or KPI in such structure and suggest me some easy PA forms, I would be thankful.
Thanks

As a manager, I was concerned about how to address performance in an Agile environment, ever since the Scrum Master (correctly) refused to give me any performance feedback on my team members. Since I began at my on-line performance review start-up (GoodRevu), i've been thinking about this problem and put together some blogs on the subject. The basic solution is to use 360 reviews to get feedback from the other team members, since the manager has largely gets excluded from the Agile process (or at least there's no specified role for the manager). I believe that the team will let the management know if there is a problem with team members not pulling their weight, and there will be peer pressure for everyone to contribute. Specific performance metrics are very difficult to evaluate, since the whole team is collaborating on delivering stories, and the team is jointly held responsible.
