This year, my organization is celebrating its 10th Anniversary. Apart from organizing a Huge Event for all employees on the Foundation Day, we have also planned for a year long celebrations in the form of employee engagement acivities.
Request you all to share your ideas on the various monthly activities which can be conducted to encourage employee participation (revolving around the 10th year theme) so as to make it more memorable.

The daily engagement activity is to listen to whatever employees want to say (complaints, suggestions, and questions) and respond to the satisfaction or better of the originator.
The extent of engagement of any employee is dictated by the extent to which management meets the employee\'s five basic needs: to be heard, to be respected, and to have competence, autonomy, and relatedness (purpose).
