I have to develop workshops ' Personality development, communication' for school students, class 9 to 12. I being new to this field am finding myself stuck. please help.... If anyone can give me ready ppt, or some manual, or suggests places I could get these it would be very nice.

I am also looking for something like this for the students of class 9th - 12th standard or even under graduate students.
I have to take free workshop on such subject for some schools in Punjab and the children there are not much aware about these things.
Thus my task can be lot simpler if anyone can help me with such material.
