Why they are in conflict that you have not mentioned. Is the conflict because of difference in caste/race, age, gender, education qualification, lack of role clarity etc. If it is because of perceptions then you have to mention what are the perceptions of both the sides.
Secondly, what production manager has done to resolve this conflict? Is he also a part of the conflict?
