Hi,
I am working in Qatar and received an offer from Abudhabi. I have received work visa valid for 60 days from the employer in Abudhabi.
My problem is I cannot cancel my residence visa(work visa) from Qatar. But my company is willing to give exit permit without cancelling the RP as there is no legal problems against me and its only a technical problem.(cannot be rectified in a short notice) Now with this valid Visa(valid for another year), can I come to Abudhabi and get residence visa there?
Thank you.

Hi,
Greetings !
Legally you cannot hold two visa at a time, but you can join the new company Abudhabi after taking exit from Qatar and automaticlaly the existing visa at Qatar will cancel after 6 months.
here your problem solved.

To get RP in Abudabi , you need to cancel Qatar RP. You can enter other GCC county with business /tourist visa. Qatar RP will be cancelled if you don’t enter within six months and hereafter you are eligible to get Abudabi RP . There is nothing to do with NOC from your employer.
