I am a new for CITEHR. I am working as HR-Executive newly joined in Civil Construction Company. Now, company terminated their sub-contractor who was executing this work & subsequently contract is terminated. Now Management want to terminate some employess who was engaged by our company. Now, I want to prepare Termination Letter for employess reason mentioning that Company is facing Financial Crisis nowadays.
So kindly provide me Termination Letter Format. It is a urgent nature.

Dear Harish, Do not terminate their services. Call them to HR Department and tell them to put up letter of resignation. Asking employee to resign is always safe bet. DVD
